Workplace Options is a great company for young professionals seeking to enhance their skills, learn management tools, and gain experience. I have worked with this company for several years and I feel that the possibilities are endless!

The managers are great. There is an open door policy throughout the office. Team Leaders, managers, and directors are accessable, knowledgable, and friendly.

The comapny offers an employee exchange program between the Raleigh, London, and Dublin offices. The owners invests time and money into the employees. It is rare for a company this large to invest in employees as people and not numbers!

This is a great place to work!

I've worked for Workplace Options for several years and personally used several of the benefits we offer our clients which have been extremely helpful. I've used the service to get financial advice about buying a house and found a pet sitter on a moments notice. Those are just a few of the wide array of benefits we have access to. Free fruit and subsized lunches are certianly a wonderful benefit and personally I have never work anywhere that is offered to staff. Ive worked in many places where you have to pay for your coffee! We are lucky enough to have at least 20 differnet flavors of tea/coffee for free and ordered on a weekly basis.

One of the benefits that is very helpful when flu season starts is access to free on-site flu shots for emplolyee and thier family members. It beats waiting at the doctors office thats for sure.

Several of my fellow co-workers have been promoted over the years and certianly deserve it. Mangement recognizes hard work not only through the bonus plan but also with spot bonuses, team lunches and overall recognition of on "wall of fame".

Overall I enjoy working here and having access to wonderful benefits and overall a positive working enviroment i have never experience at any other company.

I have worked at WPO for almost 10 years and love the company, the service we provide, and my co-workers.

WPO is an environment that does have high standards and expects the most from it's employees, but the managment does a great job in assisting employees to achieve and exceed these expectations. You are rewarded with an opportunity to grow ( I believe almost every person on mgmt has started in an entry level position), bonus for hitting productivity, great benefits, but more importantly an atmosphere of positivity and willingness to help each other.

I have seen with my own eyes how this company helps others with the services they provide, but also how the WPO assists their own employees if they need help whether it is through flexible schedules or with the company donating money or vacation days to assist their staff.

I have worked for Workplace Options for many years and have seen the company and it's product and service offerings grow. We have gone from being a Raleigh-based company who served the United States to serving a global market with offices located in Raleigh, London, Toronto and Dublin. WPO offers fair and competitive wages along with the opportunity to earn upwards of 20% of your salary in bonus. I love the work environment. Having worked in various settings over the course of my career, WPO is by far THE BEST place I have ever worked. They provide us with a healthy subsidized lunch program that only costs us $.50 - $1 to buy Lean Cuisines, Healthy Choice meals, Skinny Cow ice cream, etc. They also provide us with fresh fruit, coffee, and tea.

Most of the people I work with have been with the company for a very long time which speaks volumes about the organization as a whole. There are many of us who have been with the company 5 - 10 years. WPO really values its employees and they look for opportunities to develop us and promote from within. Most of our management started out providing our clients with direct customer service and then moved up with gives them added perspective as to what the job entails, thereby enabling them to set realistic yet challenging (in a good way) expectations for performance and quality of service.

I take a lot of pride in working for WPO. I really enjoy working with my colleagues and value their contributions. WPO is really big on noticing when people do things right. The Team Leads are able to give spot bonuses to staff who go that extra mile for a customer or their co-worker. That's really important to me. Also, they provide trainings for new hires and on an on-going basis. They keep us educated about what our company goals are and our customer service philsophy of "first serve the customer" is front and center at all times. We are empowered to do what it takes to make the customer service experience a positive one.

WPO also shows that it values us by offering a family picnic once per year and an end of year celebration once a year. WPO also supports the community by organizing collection of items for Interact, matching donations of money and vacation time to organizations such as the Susan Komen Foundation and the March of Dimes, as well as supporting victims of natural disaster both in this country and around the world (i.e. - earthquake in Haiti).

I love where I work because I feel valued and like I make a difference both int he lives of my colleagues and in the lives of the clients we serve. I have always been and will remain a loyal WPO employee.

Workplace Option is a wonderful place to work. The people are great. It's more of a family than a job. The company is always growing and exciting. Therefore the opportunity to individually grow and develop your career and skills is there as well. The bonus plan is a definite plus, very engaging and rewarding. I'm not sure why anyone wouldn't want to work here!

I've worked for a lot of companies, but I've never worked for a company that offers so many - out of the box type benefits. Sure, there's the regular stuff - insurance and 401K, but subsidized lunches? free fruit? encourages health and fitness? new hire lunches? Some of the other cool stuff they do is to offer PTO hours when you vote (regardless of who you vote for) and matching donations to different charities like the Susan Komen race. All in all, it is a really great company to work for.
