From DC IL NY CA — 10/03/2009

Update to 8/2006 posting. Undescribably poor NY based executive management team who seem to either not care or not have a clue about where this organization is going. Despite the economic downturn, clients would have left once their contracts expired anyway because very few of the regionally based operational leaders lack relevant experience, can develop or maintain client relationships or generate new business; they receive no training to address the gaps but get to keep their jobs. Client frustration is through the roof; client kicks out old vendor and brings in Williams Lea; account director hires majority of employees from old vendor and then wonders why client is ready to kick Williams Lea out the door. Virtually no, if any, diversity in the senior management ranks; the few who were employed were RIF'd. The HR leader is legacy employee, nice on the surface but wholly incompetent and long tenured; no one seems to know how or want to correct that. Some site managers treat their associates horribly and then wonder why there are customer issues. Plenty plenty examples of how not to run a business.

Williams Lea is a great international company that is experiencing growing pains. Solid leadership making great improvements. Potential career growth is wide open.
