A good place to work. Co-workers are friendly and very supportive to the sales team.

Here is my story.
I was in Sales at WiLine at the San Mateo office two years ago. I was let go for low performamce (i.e. zero sales in three months). I was really upset and mad with WiLine. The sales training I got at WiLine was first class, this was my only consolation. After 18 months out of work, I got a new job and it is working out well. Thanks to the sales training and the lessons learnt at WiLine. The reason I am writing this review now, is to let you know if you want to work for WiLine, you will have to sell product. Overall, I would like to thank WiLine for getting my career back on track and teaching me an important lesson.

I am working for Wiline Sales for a year and a half. Its not the first data and voice company I worked for. The difference between Wiline and others from a sales point of view is that Wiline offer good service that is really flexible and at a good price. This makes it easier to sell, which works for me. But as a small company its not so welk known - that is the downside. But customers are happy with the service and that helps too. The co-workers are young and pretty smart so its a good environment. Salary and benefits can always be better - but if you work hard you can make money. We had good growth last year and not too many comapnys can say that.

I've had a terrific time working here, the staff are all pretty close and on good terms. They are fairly competent and interested in working together for good of the company. It's in a very nice location in San Mateo that is right on the bay and easy to get to. I'm not totally sure of what the growth opportunities are but it's a start up so it probably will depend on the growth of the company which is steady so far. I leave the job at home and the hours are pretty flexible. The benefits and pay are probably on par with anything on the job market these days. I'm looking forward to continuing my time here.

WiLine has significantly improved its operations and communications with its employees.

There must be some thing wrong with the CEO. He engaged a recruitment event and Layoff 4 months after. Please avoid working for this group of dishonest.
