Simply has always treated me fairly and I enjoy my days. For the most part the people are genuinely friendly, and the DM is respectful, and knowledgable on the day to day job duties. Sometimes we have policiies that change quickly, but in the economy who can blame the top brass for looling for something that will work and get us all through. I have been here many years and I hope to continue for many more.

I belive alot of people with negative experiences on this board has a bad attitude and creating the situations they are in. As far as myself, I work in a awesome building, I have a great DM, Iv met all upper management and they are great too. Present your self as a intellectual, and you know what your doing and they will be happy with you. You are here to work, make your customers happy, and make money for the company, nothing else. If you meet your number, they will be happy as simple as that. I treat my property like I own it. I take pride in it and it reflects back to my customers. Alot of my new customers are referrals because they like me, my property as well as my rates. I bet half of the people on this board dont have the balls to tell upper management what needs to be done in order for the property to produce. we cant expect people to hold our hands, this is why we are givin the title property manager. To take control and manage the property. I have to stick up for simply because iv been here a little less then a year and Iv only had a good experience with them. sorry if you hate your job, take a look at your self for a second and ask, do i love my self? because if your having a bad experience at work, it might be the issue as far as personal life as well. I had to put my two cents in because people always complain, im here to praise. Have a nice day.

From Not gonna say.... — 03/04/2010

I wasn't going to say anything as I have read through these postings but finally decided to say something. You are complaining about how bad it is but you still cash your check every month as I do. I agree with "from Wherever" and "in the middle". If you think things are so bad, then find a new job. I have worked many different jobs and if I didn't like the job, I found a new one. Life is too short. This company is not close to perfect, but I have seen many worse. Move on.

I like the fact that I can plan out my day myself, and there's only about 2 hours of work to do, The rest of the day I can just help customers, which I reallly enjoy. My DM's a nice guy who really tries hard to help us out. I do wish I made more money, but for the work I do, it's not too bad.

From In the middle — 02/09/2010

This company isn't perfect but what company is? I'm not a suckup or someone who loves my job but I certainly do not hate it; if I did I would leave - there's a concept!! If you hate your job so much, leave! The comments about our DM's sleeping, that's comical; take a closer look at what your DM is doing because I assure you he/she is busier than most of us combined (some of which is dealing with customer complaints due to idiotic, rude employees). Seriously, is the pay that bad?? Sometimes you have to show units or clean them but for the most part, we do nothing but sit in the office! I do agree about HR though, in the beginning she was really nice to everyone! Then she got buddy buddy with certain people and now treats the rest of us like Shit, she even responds to emails (when she feels like it) rudely. Anyway, quit whinning and do something about it if you really hate it here that much - babies.

I rated the company as I see it thru a womens view. It all Men and some of them don't like working with women. They give you al the crapey jobs of the day and are to lazy to clean anything theirselfs.
