No loyalty here. They had to have layoffs and the ones to go were the oldest and most loyal workers. And to top it off, an assistant photocopied the confidential list. She gloated and distributed to the employees slated for layoff. And they allowed her to stay. The managing partner's secretary had been with him over 20 years and that was not considered. The other partners had younger secretaries with lower pay and they stayed. Several attorneys have left and taken business. The new officer manager has no professionalism. She is prejudice, rude and confidentiality means nothing. If you send her an e-mail in confidence, she will distribute it. They are not doing well (no surprise). Beware. You will be looking for other work soon.
