The pay is good once you make management. Benefits(401k) can't be beat-dental isn't that great. Respect is a 2 way street. Job security is just follow the rules. I have gone from cashier to EXA, so growth is possible. We also have a lot of stores, so location isn't a problem. Co-worker competence is my biggest issue. WORK isn't something to do when your friends are busy or when you don't have plans for that weekend. I had 1 go home sick, 1 no call/show, and 1 call out-all on the same shift! Yeah, I was running my a$$ off and NO cashiers/photo would come in and help. And having a piece of paper that says you went to college(which I do have), is no substitute for common sense!
