From Deerfield, IL — 08/08/2007

I've worked in the corporate offices for two years. We are extremely understaffed and underpaid. There is no overtime either so the pressure to get the task completed is tremendous. The pay in much less than industry standard for what we do. Insurance after three months - typical, but it took three months to become enrolled after the initial three month period. There is no coverage for vacations. I feel very overwhelmed and that I am not doing my job well. I've talked with my colleagues and they are in agreement. After one year of employment one is eligible for the 401K. Walgreens contribution is minimal. Thhe stock is less now than when I started. I wish I could find a new job.
