Voyager Bank is a good company to work for and the management works hard to keep the employees happy. In this economy the banks are being hit hard and the employees are feeling the crunch but Voyager has been making every effort to not pass that on to the employee. I don't feel like my job could be eliminated becasue they have made it a goal to work more efficiently and not over staff. this can be a problem of course but over all it is a better strategy and it makes me feel more valuable. The locations are mostly identical and the environment in all of the offices is chummy and fun. there is a nice mix of small town (shakopee/mankato) and big city (eden prairie/minnetonka) so a person could choose to move and still be able to work at Voyager as long as they made a lateral career move.
