I have been with THR for 1.5 years now and while the rose colored glasses have since been removed, I still like my job. The benefits are ok; certainly better than where I come from. The pay affords us to have one parent home with our son. My manager, for the most part, is super. Honestly, I can't complain. Like most places there are issues: one must decide what is important, what are the implications, and determine how to move forward. I wouldn't blindly say "absolutely, take a job if offered" but, I would ask you to seriously consider it as all-in-all this is a pretty good organization to work for.
