Teletech is a fairly good call center company when it comes to their equipment and facilities (here in our country), but the salary and benefits are very unsatisfactory compared to other call centers here. I just resigned form teletch a couple of months ago and I found a bigger and much better company. Politics is very rampant so veen if you're really good, you might not get a promotion if you're not friends with your superiors..QA is very strict and most of the guidelines are not even significant. Most OSC people don't know what they're doing. most forecasts are wrong and most of the time, there are less agents during queueing hours/days.
