The team I work with helped to open our store.
For the most part, we all get along. I will admit, we have a clique, but there are only a select few team members that we alienate (and with personal reasons).
Management is very nice and like to make work as fun as possible.
we are however, very short-staffed, and not by our choice as team members.
since the beginning of summer, with open availability for most, hours have been cut due to lack of sales.
They schedule two to three cashiers a night and pull others from the sales floor, guest service and even starbucks.
Also, cart boys have become a thing of the past. Guest service and cashiers now must prepare themselves to get carts all night and leave their work areas until close.
It's a great job because of the people you work with.
The job and the people we must serve are horrible, but I personally stay for my coworkers who understand why it is such a hated place to work at.
