PAY: Awesome.

RESPECT: If you show respect, you get respect. If you do your job, you'll be treated with respect. If you act like an adult, and don't whine about little things or occasional work overload - you'll be treated with respect. I do my job, I don't kiss ass, I'm straight up with management with what I like and I don't like and I STILL GET RESPECT.

BENEFITS: Not too bad, but they could be less expensive. I blame that though on higher health insurance premiums and the economy.

JOB SECURITY: Sales/Service went through a re-org a year ago, and claims is going through some huge changes as well. I don't see the front line of Prog (CSRs, Claims Generalists, Processors) going first, I see the many levels of management going first. Since I'm not a manager, I'm not worried about losing me job. It is bad economic times, and sometimes companies have to cut jobs in order to keep the head above water.

WORK/LIFE BALANCE: Perfect.

CAREER POTENTION/GROWTH: Not so great. Five years ago it was so easy to grow within the company, now it's amazement if there is a job posting on HRexpress for a Team Leader, Branch Manager, Coach, etc.

LOCATION: Not too bad, just a little old.

CO-WORKER COMPETENCE: Fine by me.

WE: Great... love it.
