Employee Review of Progressive Insurance - Check out more reviews of working at Progressive Insurance

I've been with Progressive for 10 years and have worked in three states so I have a pretty good feel for the company. After reading the negative comments made about Progressive I felt compelled to provide my input. The company strives to be the best. In order to reach this goal the company asks each employee to work very hard and in return each employee is rewarded by personal satisfaction, compensation, and professional advancement. I've read many of the surveys and it's a shame these employees feel the way they do, but I see them in every office. They are the same Americans that expect something for nothing. If they spent half as much time working as they did whinning they may find themselves successfull. Unfortunately, these employees are not only failures at work, but also at home (marriage/finances/etc). These employees don't deserve Progressive. They would be better suited flipping burgers at the local hamburger joint. Remember my friends, employment is voluntary. Life is short. If you're not happy, quit your job and get busy living. One last thing....stop whinning. We have too many whinners in this country.
