Where do I start?
Work environment-Manassas office site director and supervisors were tremendously unprofessional, dishonest, and at times incompetent. There was an extremely unprofessional and flirtatious supervisor at the site.
Respect- there is a lack of respect for certain groups of people. The agency only promoted those within the 'clique'and not based on merit.
It was a total waste of time working for this agency and many others agreed with this statement.
Co-worker competence-new employees were thrown to the lions;they never stood a chance.There was inadaquate support and trainings.The paperwork was completely overwhelming, and state guidlines were frequently tossed to the side.There were also unqualified and non-credentialed counselors providing services. The supervisors were absolutely no help with guiding their supervisees.
This was a horrible career experience. POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES DO YOUR RESEARCH!
