I had a good experience at Kmart because I worked the overnight stocking shift. I didn't really have to deal with customers or the managers. I just went in and did what needed to be done, then left as the store opened. The pay was decent (over $8 an hour) but no health insurance was a minus. I worked from 20-40 hours per week, 8 hours a day. Job security was kind of iffy, because if you screwed up you got canned. Lots of people came and went. The zeros mean that it didn't apply to my particular position.
