From Fairfield, CA — 02/26/2009

Year 2008 JC Penney company cut back over 800 jobs at the corporate office, and everyone got scared. Year 2009 they said no raises this year, but people will get to keep their jobs, but they started to downsize and eliminate positions on the store level, so no raise, less hours, and people still getting laid-off regardless lead me to pack my bags and find a better job. The economy is bad, but its shocking to know that one of the best retail stores who stayed afloat are doing nothing to help the economy. Employees should be the priority, where else are they going to find good customer service. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it, Mike Ullman.
