I have worked here for more than 5 years. Pay is Fair to Good (I should be making as much as $25k more), respect is sometimes lacking but maybe it is a healthcare thing. The benefits keep getting cut, EIB (emergency illness bank) no longer earning time, 401k limited choices w/Fidelity, very good job security and I work w/people that do nothing and their managers do not care that is the case, very good flextime, I can not be promoted (the person ahead of me has been here 15+ yrs and will retire here, I have a coworker who is clueless but mgmt thinks (he/she) can do no wrong (clueless and when you try to educate them about it they throw the 'pillars' in your face and do not listen), very high stress environment.
