To the weak minded who just complain and don't look for ways to solve the problem and ARE the problem:

Call Center work is not easy, and there's a lot of micromanagement just because of the nature of the job. Go to another Call Center and you'll see. That job is not one that everyone can do or should do. If you don't like it, then get out!

There's nothing wrong with being unhappy about circumstances, but you need to look for opportunities to be a positive influence, don't just gripe and complain.

To the person who griped about tools & processes - get a life. Do you think that the people reading this really care about what you said? Not a chance.

Those who just allow negativity to fester are weak minded and holding the rest of us back. GOOD RIDDENS TO YOU!!!
