Cargill is a good company to work for unless you work at a Grain Elevator. The personnel that work there are on the low end of the intelligence spectrum. They have very little respect for themselves or others. The management's primary concern is turning around trains (loading grain cars). The weekend work is constant, there is NO predictibility in your life. The holidays they give you, are rarely adhered to (except christmas and thanksgiving). The pay is good, but your life is more important. If you work in a grain elevator that loads trains, you will not have a life.
