The company has re-established itself after going through a long re-organization, the opportunities look very good. Expectations were clear, opportunities were provided, and the call center was excercised of it's demons! Communication was honest and sincere if not as consistent as would be liked, but management became approachable and open to ideas. The company's problems occured when it attempted to go from a small to mid-size company, and has survived to become small again.
