This is a great company to work for. The pay and benefits are excellent, not very many companies have a pension plan on top of a 401K like this one does. The respect you receive is awesome! You even get to meet your CEO within 6 weeks of employment, he has a luncheon with every single employee. At the other companies I have worked for you do good to meet anyone above a supervisor (not even a manager). Job security is great. It is a smaller company so it isn't like being in "corporate america". There are many different areas you can go in the company to either move up or laterally if for some reason you don't like your department. I plan to be with the company until I retire and I am under 30 years old. I enjoy actually going to work each day!
