From Tucson, AZ — 12/08/2008

I work as a home based reservations agent and I love my job. Since being hired in 2005 for Domestic Sales, I have been trained for other departments and now work as an Off Schedule Ops / DS AAdvantage Rep. I wish we got paid for the additional functions we work for, however, pay is ok--currently at $11.15/hr from $9.45 when I started...., and I always consider the fact that I don't pay for traveling/gas, lunches, etc, since I work out of a home based office. Overall, the only concern currently with this job is job security. We are reassured that at this pt. AAs last resort would be layoffs in the future for our office... I guess only time will tell.
