Pay - it is average but with the current economic situation, it is better than most.

Respect - each employee is really valued for their strengths. If you don't have a lot of strengths, then you probably will not get a lot of respect here, though.

Benefits - these are pretty standard

Job Security - there is job security for those who are good at what they do and are passionate about their work. There have been a lot of people that come and go but you can usually tell within a couple weeks to a month whether someone is a good fit.

Work/Life Balance - this is fine. We work 9-6 for the most part.

Career Potential - this is great for those that can make it to the top. You have to be really smart or very strong in other areas to get there, though.

Location - Lawrence is an ok town but has a lot of college students.

Co-worker Competence - very high. Can be intimidating a little.

Work Environment - pretty cool facility. The outside of the building is kind of ugly though.
