I was bored on my day off so I was looking around the Internet and stumbled onto this site. I have work for Renzenberger for about 3 years. I started out finding the job threw my local workforce location. I am now a site manager for my area. Yes if your on the board, your on the board. You agreed when taking the job to the 24/6. So quit your freaking whining. The job put money in your pocket until you found another job right. Renzenberger, Inc., Is a great company to work for. It's like most transportation jobs, most people are not cut out for it.

To the people reviewing Renzenberger for work. The hours are long and the pay is not that great to start, But it puts the food on the table and diapers on the butts. I like working for Renzenberger ( not love, but like) it has keep my family and my brother-n-laws family afloat threw some really hard time. So give it a chance, Its better than making no money at all.

I just started and still don't know exactly how much I am getting paid. I don't like the lack of sleep, but I do enjoy talking with the train crews. They treat me very good and are very helpful when I don't know where to go. I wish all the dispatchers could speak clear english. I have had two who were worthless.

I dont know what everybodys problem is. This is one of the easiest jobs ever. I been here for awhile now and if you show up to work when your scheduled and follow the safety rules, it's easy. Some of the safety rule (like backing and stuff) seem a bit much but who cares. Most drivers are ok but some get on my nerves. The $ ain't the best but I knew that before I took the job so I can't really complain.

I have worked for renzenberger for 2 years. I think we deserve our safety bonus that they took off of us. we travel on icy snow covered roads to get our crews safely to their destination and sometimes the roads are horrible. The railroaders that I have driven are all great guys and gals. I have been treated with great respect from these people. I dont agree with alot of what Renzenberger does, but I like my job!

I work for Renzenberger in Clovis, NM. I have been there for about 3 months now. I have to say, i like the job. i get along well with most of my coworkers, and the site supervisor is pretty cool. i agree that the pay could stand to be better, but you have to look at it from the company's point of view. with the economy the way it is right now, you're not going to make $10/hr wait time and $.50/cpm. It just isn't going to happen. I do agree that some of the drivers are less than stellar, but that is true of almost any company, and not just in this industry. Overall, I think the company is good to work for. I really enjoy my work, although it does take me away from my family more often than I like. But just look at the railroaders. They're home even less than we are. They may make more money, but at least we get to sit in a nice warm van with a cup of coffee and some music to listen to or a book to read. These guys are out in the weather, be it 105 degrees outside, or 10 below. All things considered, I really enjoy my job.

The pay structure is not at all relative to the work required by certain individuals - they definitely need to create a system where employees can compete for monthly bonuses by performing the best out of all employees in their department (like a rewards system based on quantity and quality of trips built/called out/covered on time

Also the common dispatcher should have more control over the software functions used so that time isn't unnecessarily wasted calling supervisors to do simple software tasks
