Our company (and the owners) constantly support the work/family balance. Since we are a service-driven company providing benefits consulting, third party benefits administration, retirement plan services, wellness and health services, and overall brokerage services, the company must maintain happy employees to have success delivering services because as we all know, happy employees provide better service to clients. The company maintains very high employee satisfaction rates on theie employee satisfaction surveys and I personally have never worked for a better company or with a better group of employees.
