great place to work with lost of advancement opportunities

I have worked for PEPID for 3 yrs and just like any other JOB it has its ups and downs. If you do your work and come to work there is really nothing to complain about. I have found that i can talk to my bosses (President and VP of IT) about my concerns and they listen and help to make the situation better if possible. I have read some of the post on here and have no doubt who some of the people are. They are the ones who got fired and didnt do their work correctly (hence the reason for being fired). Is this the greatest job in the world, no, is there really the greatest job, no. If you put yourself in the shoes of the bosses, sometimes you have to make decisions and let people go who think they are the best thing to happen to a job. Is it so bad that a company gives the employees a chance to unwind every once in awhile with Holiday fun at the job. I feel if the job was so bad, you would let it go and get on with your life, not sitting at home unemployed venting to job vent every other day, trying to make yourself look like more than one person. LOL you guys make me laugh.

What's not to love? We all work hard and put out a quality product resulting in a great sense of pride. What a great group of employees and management team!
