The company is overall a nice place to work at but I'm livid, rabid, angry that my first job out of college is: in the department that will soon be obsolete in the publishing industry in possibly 10 years; no chance in hell of getting a promotion in this boring specialty, the company won't invest in any training that could help me in my job performance (math review). I'm upset that I can't move up or sideways within the company or even a sister company.
