I just get laid off for not making enough sales. I see what the guy is saying below... but I know who that is and he is just another pissed guy who couldn't make any sales. Plus, I KNOW YOU!!! You got caught hitting on all the woman, got turned down and is now just upset. I'll leave your name out. The company is just fine... no SEC, No hassles.. they are the hardest working people I can honestly say I have ever worked for. Extremely fair and are just trying to build a company. Like any company, the one's who got let go are going to vent, lie and do whatever it takes to hurt the company. I ddidn't like getting laid off.. but I can honestly admit that the cmopany is AWESOME!! I hit my 10 accounts a few months in a row.. got paid really good... but I also knew what the pay was.. what the rewards were... I never bitched and complained.. my sales supervisor was good.. I listened to him and made money! Those who didn't .. didn't make money and now are on job vent.. POOR BABIES!! CRY CRY CRY CRY CRY. The company is great. Try working there.. lost of potential. Lost of vision. Lots of great things going to happen. I wish I was still there :( Thanks for the good time, mFriends.

I worked for mUrgent for five years. Although I am no longer employed with this company, my time spent with them was a great experience. The individuals running this organization have always shown tremendous efforts in supplying the community with employment and opportunity to be a part of a consistently growing work place.

The CFO always delivered paychecks to us personally on each and every pay period as promised. The VP made mUrgent a fun and exciting place to call work while at the same time always sharing a focus on the importance of growth and team effort. The CEO is always ready and willing to roll up his sleeves and help his team out regardless of department or title.

Starting a company and taking on the responsibilities involved is no easy task. These guys have done a great job in doing so. They have always been very candid in there hiring process explaining pay structure and benefits. It puzzles me as to why someone would need to "vent" about how a company doesnt pay them enough when most companies like mUrgent discuss pay immediately. My suggestion would be to read a book or take a class on how to properly execute a job interview instead of waisting your "valuable" time discussing your employment failures and pointing the finger at your previous place of employment.

I would strongly recomend mUrgent to any self-worth individuals looking to be a part of a fun and exciting work experience.

I am currently working for this company, and I have to say that I've not ever worked for a company who maintains such a high standard, and keep work a "fun" place to come every day to perform the duties necessary to survive and feed a family of 4 here in O.C., CA. Family owned, and the word "FAIR" comes to mind. I've been treated with respect and courtesy. Health insurance is offered after a short time from hire date. Great Christmas party in December! A LOT of fun. Contests are run all the time, and "public" recognition takes place every month or two to acknowledge those who stand above and go beyond the call of duty. These are a group of REAL people seeking to create a "family" environment away from all our homes. Whoever wrote this nasty review obviously got terminated for lack of production or having a poor attitude. I really don't know. I am counting on this company to assist me in building my children's college funds, and create financial stability for my family forever. Take care and God Bless......... M
