Pay: Pay is based on performance and is fair. They try to attract the top talent and then keep them.

Respect: They really seek out to involve all levels of employees in corporate decisions. Not only do they respect their people, they expect their clients to do the same.

Benefits: Major benefits are great, especially for a midsize company. It helps that they are owned by Omnicom. They continue to increase little perks for working there which is a nice added benefit.

Job security: It is always a question in this industry with contracts coming and going. MarketStar goes the extra distance to keep employees even when a client contract is up. They have been in the industry for 20 years and are going strong.

Balance: No one will complain about you going to your son's soccer game, volunteering for a charity, taking vacation, etc. In fact, they fully support it. Spirituality, Family, Work, Community, Self - in that order.

Career Growth: If you are top talent, you will find success. Being a mid-size company has some limitations though; there are only so many management positions.

Location: Utah is a great place to live, work, raise a family, etc. For field employees, location is great because there are options all over the country/world.

Coworkers: As mentioned, they try to attract top talent and retain them. There are always some bad apples, but all in all, people are very competent.

Environment: It goes along with the life balance. They take care of their employees and view them as family. Employees are their product and they know that. If employees aren't happy, then clients won't get quality work.

MarketStar is an excellent place to work. If there is any question about it, get in touch with former employees. There are networks of former employees on LinkedIn. You might find a few people who have had unfortunate experiences, but I think the majority will tell of great experiences working for MarketStar. I have recommended friends and family for employment. You won't find very many companies that take care of their employees better than MarketStar
