Working at Judicial Correction Services — Reviews by Employees

This is a good company to work for. There is some room for improvement, just like every other place I have worked. Even when our case load decreased, no one was scared to get laid off. I think they care about the POs and other employees. Our biggest issue is one or two gossips, like the last person who reviewed who are more interested in stirring up trouble then doing their job. If they would leave, things would get better. The manager could manage and not be distracted with their Junior High level crap. Grow up or leave.
