Here 1.5yrs after 4 yrs with LM. As with all small companies growing quickly, GA is encountering process and resource hurdles but working hard to get where they need to be. Ownership is not afraid to spend it's own money on areas it needs to in order to keep moving forward and also create the best working environment. Also provides group / family functions in appreciation fo the hard work and success of the company. Great company with a direct avenue to supporting our Troops, which is also very much appreciated by all the GA customers. Incredible number of really smart folks (PHDs to those right out of college) along with folks with lots of DOD experience. Took a chance 1.5 yrs ago, and so very thankful I did and for the opportunity!

Everything is pretty average, just some of the employees, well you just wounder how they are even employed in the first place. Lots of scammers and low quality workers, you really have to slow down your pace. The benifits and job security are well. Warning!!! the Tech. hiring Hr member will tell you whatever you want to hear to get in there, once your in good luck with their word sticking or meaning anything. Its a good place to work, just make sure you enter the company where you want to stay, you will be ignored if you try and transfer, good luck with career potential if you accept a position waiting for something else to open up.
