Gameloft has a long tradition of making the best mobile games, and they probably do. It's a shame the argentinian branch was corrupted by the HR director who literally steals money from the company and pressures workers to do as he pleases. The company itself has a good proffesional staff but if the head is rotten, the rest is affected

The gameloft was a promising company, now expects are very low, as programmer you can't growth, also you quick and go to an other company, they will not pay you extra hours, is disorganized company, french company people are gods for the other studios and most part of the time they had very stupid ideas, the ambient are like a manufacturer, the salary is very low in compare similar jobs, the studio manager is not a leader is just an other employee, this company has a very high ego... but in pros, just say we have 2 vacations weeks ( if you can take it because some times they don't give you them ).
