After working for a couple of multi-billion dollar, public companies who claim to be great places to work,I can honestly say that Cybercoders is the best company I've ever worked for! They genuinely care about the well-being (and, gasp--actual happiness!) of their employees. They take care of every detail from making sure that there's the opportunity for significant financial advancement, to providing great benefits. They even make sure that we have a beautiful working environment! The President of the company also brings us together as a team (for the most part we work individually) once a quarter and provides lunch for us at great restaurants so that we can celebrate eachother's successes. Rather then creating a cut-throat environment, which is typical in sales, she's created an environment that is motivating and that only promotes healthy competition--mostly against yourself. Also, the work-life balance is unbeatable--especially for people with families or looking to start one. The hours are reasonable and flexible and we can have easy access to our work from home.

Pay - one of the best I've ever seen.
Respect - not sure I understand in what sense the question is being asked.
Benefits - awful as far as coverage for dependents goes. Very high out of pocket costs.
Job Security - 100% commission is always a volatile position to be in.
Work/Life Balance - the best I've ever had
Career Potential/Growth - no "plan" that I'm aware of, there's either you make $ or you don't.
Location - less than 10 miles from home, or work from home, it's great.
Co-Worker Competence - A lot of successful people here, but no good system to capatalize on their competence.
Work Environment - Lots of gossip, unprofessionalism and inappropriateness. However, it's also fun, lively, loosely managed.

CyberCoders is by far the best place I have ever worked. Management continually improves our systems and work environment. Everyone is treated with respect but we do have a lot of fun in the office! The work/life balance is exceptional. In fact, many recruiters who I used to work with can't believe how good we have it until they come over and see for themselves. My benefits and 401k profit sharing are great, 100% paid PPO or HMO and dental, but we do have to pay for our dependents ourselves. CyberCoders spends all their efforts in technology, advertising and operations to help me be more successful. It is a good feeling to work where you know someone genuinely cares about you.

CyberCoders is an amazing organization. Your hard work is rewarded by your compensation plan - 100% commission. The technology and tools they give you to be successful are unreal. It's hard not to make a ton of money. I work from home and am able to spend plenty of time with my children and husband and this means the world to me. I tell everyone I meet how grateful I am that I don't have to punch in or get a beating for not working the right way. If I don't do it right then I don't get paid so I get to learn from my own mistakes and grow independently. I do wish the 401K match was better, but that's small compared to the hands-off management and technology provided. (And the ability to work from home and make your own schedule/hours.) When was the last time you didn't have to ask anyone to take a vacation? If you're a perm recruiter this is a GREAT place to be.
