The bosses of the company seek employee input with contests for bright ideas on how to improve the company including cash prizes.
I was hoping for more pay and opportunity which is possible in other departments. They appreciate their employees and seek to continue training.

I have been with Concord for just over 90 days and I love it. It is the best company. They honestly respect their employees and are truly there for them. The pay is good and the benefits are great. You have the potential to go as far as you like. I have a wonderful community director who takes the time to show me how do things the correct way and doesn't get upset with you. She gives me compliments on how I am doing which is very nice to here. The property is beautiful and the maintenance staff is very helpful. I am very happy with choosing to work for Concord and I am very glad that Concord gave me the chance to work for them.

I love Concord. They are a wonderful company to work for. The pay is ok but to me the most important is that I love the people I work for. Don't get me wrong there is always at least one person at the top that everyone can not stand but I love my RVP. He is the best ever. Concord has communities everywhere so you can always find a property where ever you chose to live and they really do promote from within I know that all of the DM's and above have put in years at the company and started at the bottom and worked there way up. Also the benefits are great they are best I have ever found. I would tell anyone that is looking for a job that would like to work for a great company and wants a employer that really cares to go check out Concord.
