As far as attending a school far out from anything else, and needing to work this can be a good job if you are willing to let your acedemics fail, or be fired over other people doing shotty work. Working in a campus library makes the locations great, and the day to day work stress free. But because this is a school kinda out in the middle of no where the staff will be your supervisors cousin, then her sister, plus her granddaughter, and then you have anywhere from 10-20 people who are not given a fair opportunity to fill management type positions because cousin, sister or granddaughter got the positions before other were even considered

You will be asked to work crappy hours often, and lord forbid you take a class trip, actually get the time off approved, and then get fired because you missed too much work even though you followed the rules and covered your but. They are impatient with you should you get sick, which is more then likely when colds spread like the great flood in college.

The pay is generally above minimage wage though, and if you have work study 3-4 dollars over minimum wage.

It's easy for other people to get away with not working because they just walk off, and go take naps, and re-appear an hour later when it's time to start a new task.
