The benefits are outstanding (FREE....repeat, FREE healthcare & benefits!) and so is the pay. The work is creative and smart - honestly some of the best I've ever seen. The people are cool and if you like to go out & drink and play with your pals at work, you've got it made here. The downside, you better like the people you work with because you will be at work all of the time. There is an amazing lack of control over the workload and you will be working nights and weekends as the norm.
