Feels like a family and totally creative environment. there is an atmosphere that promotes growth both individually and professionally. Very competent upper managment that keeps employees happy and working hard. Hours are crazy but that's production. Omelette stations, sushi chefs and massage therapists are brought in to take away pain of working so many hours. Is potential for growth if you kick ass.
