</td><td valign='top'> PacifiCap is a good place to work if you're willing to roll up your sleeves and work hard. If you ask questions and have an attitude of being willing to learn, you will be given ample opportunity for as much responsibility as you can handle. The pay and benefits are much better than other property management companies in the region and have been upgraded recently. Top management of the company want their employees to succeed and try to make that happen. Company parties and team-building events are held several times a year to help employees get to know each other. No company is perfect, but for a young company, this one has a lot going for it and has the potential to be great.
