The main problems are that there is no growth potential and no backup from the bosses. If you need someone to "get your back" or you want to be taken seriously you shouldn't work here. Everyone is friendly but noone has friends. The pay is crap. The beneifts are pretty good and although the company is going down, job security seems stable unless you work in the accounting department. That is a revolving door. </td></tr></table> 05/08/2008
