Work/Life Balance

4

Career Growth

3

Location

5

Co-Workers

4

Work Environment

4

            --PAY--

For all of the networks that Comcast owns, you would think they would at least supply its loyal workforce with a decent living wage, but this just isn't the case. At the E! Network, you will be giving large amounts of responsibility and you will not be fairly compensated for it.

--Respect--

Respect was nice, although the occasional cookie cutter television exec will bring your blood pressure to a boil.

--Benefits--

Benefits were what you'd expect from a respectable company. Health, Vision, Dental, profits sharing, etc.

--Job Security--

Job security is directly related to your performance. As long as you're doing your job, you have nothing to worry about. However, I wouldn't make enemies with the execs as they've been known to exercise their power in HR.

--Work/Life Balance--

Pretty fair. You work your shift and then you leave. Unless you work in production, you'll have a fair work/life balance. Production typically is a guaranteed long day though, and seasoned professionals accept this to be true.

--Career Potential and Growth--

A gift and a curse. With hard work (and the right amount of friendships) you can move up, but remember Comcast won't pay you what you're worth so it rarely is worth taking the promotion and accepting the responsibility.

--Location--

Located right on Miracle Mile on Wilshire Blvd so its very convenient. Great restaurants nearby too!

--Co-worker Competence--

A healthy mix of professionals and people whose employment will boggle your mind.

--Work Environment--

Nice building with modernized interior design. An inviting workplace that is only ruined by the personality you will work for/with.
