very very easy job! can get kinda boring and repeatative but its soooo easy. can advance in the company quickly, work with nice people and above all...VERY FLEXIBLE WITH HOURS! great job to have if your in school and just need some extra cash. i worked at the green bay location also up until they close..would go back if i could. they have call centers in oshkosh and wausau also. highly recommended!

Eastbay is an OK place to work if you work during third shift. Get paid more than the rest of the call center and do half the work. On the flip-side, dayshift sucks because you are constantly bombarded by irritated customers that (typically) were mis-handled by your co-workers and offered something they couldn't have.

All in all, however, it's a simple job that doesn't require any physical work and only for you to be able to speak cognitivley. Don't expect to make a living here though... recomended for side cash only.
