			&lt;/td&gt;&lt;td valign='top'&gt;            While I don't have the same experience as my co-worker, I actually like my work, it is not all roses at Save the Children or any non-profit.  I personally have a good work/life balance and pushed back on the travel.  It probably depends on your supervisor.  I think one has to advocate for themselves.  What I find the most difficult is the lack of respect for others.  There are too many who believe they are the smartest and best and discount others opinions.  This leads to apathy in many cases.</description>
