Respect

3

Benefits

3

Job Security

3

Work/Life Balance

3

Career Growth

3

Location

4

Co-Workers

4

Work Environment

2

It's amazing that an manfacturer that distributes it products worldwide is run by just a few people (less than all the fingers on your hands). The only good person there is the VP of Marketing and he is great to work with. However, the remainder of departments there are run by one or two people; each who have well outgrown their positions there and they often waste time gossiping. Workspaces are tight and cramped, growth potential and benefits are minimal. A good place for younger people that need a stepping stone in their career, but not for the serious career-minded.
