			&lt;/td&gt;&lt;td valign='top'&gt;            I can agree with the other commenter that Jackson is an &quot;old boys&quot; club. The average age of the people on our team (in systems and programming) is around 50. The benefits and pay are solid, but there is little to no room for advancement. The politics here are worse than in most corporate environments. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;I think the coworkers are pretty competent, and friendly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you want to stay in the same job until you retire, this place is for you. If you want respect, it's probably not.</description>
