</td><td valign='top'> Everyone works at least 60 hours a week. The owner needs to hire more employees so a person doesn't do the job of 3 people. Can you imagine working from 8am until 3 am? No overtime pay is offered. No comp-time is offered. Bonuses are rare and minimal. Only the owner benefits at this company. His company is growing and putting dough in his pocket but employees are being used. Takes a long time for the employees to realize it though.
