They reorganized their sales staff and now have a new VP of sales who is disconnected with most of the country and has zero respect from her people. Product is amazing but it is currently extremely hard to sell up to management goals...hence no one is making their sales goals and commissions. Base pay is low so if you are not making commissions, this job is not worth it. You work 50-60 hours a week for little base pay.
