Promotions and pay are based on clearly defined objectives and if you're ambitious you can move up (at least to a decent level) pretty quickly. I've been there for around 18 months, and I haven't been happier anywhere else. Working claims can be kind of draining, but that's not the company's fault. </td></tr></table> 07/28/2010
