Respect

3

Benefits

4

Job Security

5

Work/Life Balance

4

Career Growth

2

Location

5

Co-Workers

5

Work Environment

3

Pay is average, benefits are not too bad. The main problem is that they let gossip run the business and it is like working with a bunch of grade school kids and not grown adults. Management tends to focus on petty issues instead of real issues at hand in which they seem to 'not know what to do' (their words) so they do nothing. Decent hours and benefits. Time off is typically pretty flexible but there are conflicts at times due to the small staff and not all requests can be granted but this does not happen often. If you can handle or ignore the grade school antics then the remaining aspects of this job will be enjoyable.
