L&T Infotech is a good company for any fresher to start with. It has the best training given. And, in the training itself you get to the extreme potential of the project handling.

Coming to the Corporate culture.

L&T Infotech Mumbai-

Advantages:

-It has the best culture here. Best working environment. People here are very friendly. And, you even have managers and senior manager coming to your desk to share chocolates and sweets. That amicable is the environment here.

- Work wise you get good projects like Chevron, Motorola, Myriad etc... And u can learn a lot and many technologies in a very short span of time.

-Overall Mumbai L&T Infotech is a good place.

Disadvantages:

-Location wise it is situated too remotely in Mahape and Powai. Bus facility is very minimal. Going to office is like winning a world war daily.

-There is no transparency between what is conveyed to the client and what is told to the employees. And finally they out employees in the fix.

- If a project leader is very aggressive or abusive even after repetetive complaints by complete team no action is taken against her. They treat her as if nothing has happened.
