A very professional business. The doctors know what they are doing as do the techs. The animals are always treated with respect and dignity. However, the core group of techs have worked together for years and are a click. Several can be rude and disrespectful to other workers. They are bad about pushing off the nasty jobs (kennel cleaning, laundry, walking unruly dogs) on employees that aren't part of the "group". One particular long term employee enjoys spreading other employees private information, making fun of others, intentionally humiliating others, picking arguements, trying to get others into trouble, avoiding doing the "dirty" tasks, etc. The list is endless. The worst part is that person, as well as the others in the group, are never disciplined for this behavior. There is talk of others that have quit due to this treatment.. It is sad because this is a great learning environment if one is interested in this type of field. The doctors enjoy teaching and are easy to work with. It's the other employees one must watch out for. Do bring your pets here, but think twice about applying for a job.
